1. About us

These terms apply to Apartment Air Conditioning Ltd ("the Company", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is in London. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

We provide bespoke residential air conditioning installation services for apartments and residential properties across London and the South East. All work is carried out by F-Gas certified engineers.

3. Quotes and pricing

• All quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
• Fixed-price quotes are provided in writing before any work commences
• Any variation to the agreed scope of work will be discussed and agreed with you before proceeding

4. Bookings and cancellations

• Installation dates are confirmed in writing by email
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances, with reasonable notice

5. Your responsibilities

Before installation, you are responsible for:

• Obtaining any necessary permissions from your landlord, management company or freeholder
• Ensuring safe and clear access to all areas where work is to be carried out
• Notifying us of any known hazards, asbestos, or structural issues in the property
• Ensuring the property has an adequate electrical supply to support the installation

6. Our workmanship guarantee

We guarantee all installation workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of installation. This covers faults arising from the quality of our installation work. Equipment warranties are provided separately by the manufacturer and vary by product.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability to you is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of use or loss of earnings, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

8. Payment terms

• Payment is due on completion of the installation unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing
• We accept bank transfer, card payment, and approved finance arrangements
• 0% finance plans are subject to separate written agreement

9. Website use

All content on this website is owned by Apartment Air Conditioning Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission. We make no warranty that the website will be available at all times or free from errors.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
